Terbo Plastics manufactures media for various applications such as wastewater, sewage, treatment plants and more recently media intended for use in trickling filters in aquaculture farms.

The range extends from 110m²/m³ to 390m²/m³ . Special profiles can be requested.

Lamella Packs

In addition to crossflow media, Terbo also manufactures lamella packing which consists of stiff hexagonal tubes with a honey comb pattern, sloped at 60^o on the horizonal hydraulic diametre of tubes are approximately 50mm for a tube length of 700mm.

By directing water through the tubes it is possible to utilise friction between the moving water and the tube surface to expedite settlement of large and fine suspended particles.
